Yes. The redesigned PoseAlign is free to use, with no paid plan or subscription to choose from.
How can I check my posture from photos?
Open PoseAlign on your Android phone and choose Advanced check. Add two full-body photos: one from the front and one from the side. Take new photos or choose existing ones, crop and rotate as needed, then generate your posture report.
What will my report show?
Your front and side photos with pose landmarks, followed by posture measurements. Measurements include head tilt, shoulder level, knee alignment, forward head angle, and pelvic tilt. You can export the full report as a PDF. View the earlier PDF sample ↗
What does the side-view posture photo show?
The side-view report includes forward head angle and pelvic tilt, alongside visible pose landmarks. Explore the front and side sample measurements to see how they appear in the app.
How accurate is photo posture analysis?
PoseAlign estimates measurements from the landmarks detected in your photos. Camera angle, framing, lighting, clothing, and how you stand can affect the result. Use consistent photos for check-ins. The report supports posture awareness and does not provide a medical diagnosis.
