Results & reports
What does a posture report include?
Your front and side photos with pose landmarks, 11 front-view measurements and two side-view measurements. You can export the report as a PDF. Explore the full example report.
What does the front-view report show?
It lists 11 measurements from the front photo: head tilt, shoulder level, clavicle angle, chest symmetry, arm position, waist angle, pelvic level, knee alignment, foot position, and left and right Q angles, in degrees or percent. Learn about the front view.
What does the side-view report show?
It includes forward head angle and pelvic tilt in degrees, alongside the side-view landmark overlay. The example report shows 12.3° and 1.6°. These are example results, not targets. Learn about the side view.
How accurate is photo posture analysis?
The app estimates measurements from detected photo landmarks. Camera angle, framing, lighting, clothing and stance can affect the result. Review the overlays as well as the numbers, and use consistent photo conditions for check-ins. We do not state a clinical accuracy percentage for PoseAlign.
Does a highlighted result mean I have a medical condition?
No. The report supports posture awareness and general wellness. A highlighted measurement is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Can PoseAlign diagnose or correct my posture?
No. PoseAlign measures alignment from your photos for posture awareness. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or correct posture. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about pain or other medical concerns.
Why does the downloadable sample PDF have different values?
The PDF is an earlier export dated September 15, 2026. Its side-view values are 24° and 0.8°, while the latest screenshots show 12.3° and 1.6°. We label the earlier file so you can distinguish the examples.
